What this result tells you
SPF publishes which senders may use a domain in the envelope sender or HELO identity. The checker lists SPF TXT records and flags missing or multiple policies. It does not simulate an individual email delivery.
Fix missing or duplicate policies
Get the required mechanisms from each legitimate sending provider and combine them into one SPF record at the correct domain. Do not create a separate v=spf1 TXT record for each service. Keep unrelated TXT records.
Check more than record presence
A single policy can still have invalid syntax, broken includes or exceed SPF’s DNS-lookup limit. This tool does not fully expand includes. Validate a real message’s Authentication-Results and review the complete sending setup.
Common questions
Does SPF passing mean DMARC passes?
Not necessarily. SPF must also align with the visible From domain for that result to satisfy DMARC, or aligned DKIM must pass.
Will SPF prevent all spoofing?
No. SPF is one signal. DKIM, DMARC alignment and policy, plus receiver behavior, also matter.
