Login2Cloud Monitor

PRIVACY

Privacy Policy

This initial policy describes the product’s intended data handling and requires legal review before commercial launch.

Information processed

Account and workspace information, customer-supplied public monitoring targets, check measurements, incidents, scanner results, notification configuration and security logs may be processed to provide and protect the service.

Purpose and retention

Data is used to operate monitoring, generate reports, deliver configured alerts, prevent abuse and troubleshoot service health. Detailed check retention varies by plan; operational records may use separate justified retention.

Sharing and public pages

Infrastructure and communications providers may process data as service providers. Only information deliberately selected for a published status page is public.

Acquisition analytics

First-party conversion events record a known landing-page path, bounded campaign tags, broad referrer category and funnel stage. Account and workspace IDs connect completed registration to product creation; targets, credentials, full referrer URLs, IP addresses and browser fingerprints are not stored in conversion events. Events expire after 90 days.

Google Analytics

When enabled, anonymous public marketing pages and free tools use Google Analytics 4 to measure acquisition and tool conversions. Google receives public page classifications, campaign tags, a referrer origin, browser/device information and analytics cookie identifiers, and necessarily receives network connection information. We do not intentionally send tool inputs, monitoring targets, account or organization identifiers, credentials or payment details. Signed-in pages, administration, billing and private reports are excluded. Advertising signals are disabled. Analytics cookies may persist in your browser; browser controls can block or remove them. No consent management platform is currently implemented; jurisdiction-specific consent and privacy requirements require review before commercial launch.

Status subscriptions

Email subscriptions require explicit double opt-in. Addresses and unsubscribe tokens are encrypted and scoped to the owning status page. Expired pending records and opt-outs are pruned; delivery receipts expire after 30 days. Subscription controls appear only after the email release gate is enabled.

Your choices

Workspace administrators control monitors, channels, reports and published status pages. Contact support@login2cloud.com for privacy requests.
