Set a reliability target, inspect observed downtime and understand how much budget remains. Monitoring measures availability; it does not guarantee it.
Choose a period and target
Use seven days, 30 days or the workspace calendar month. Standard and custom targets translate the eligible duration into allowed downtime.
Keep unknown time visible
Unknown and paused periods are not silently counted as uptime. Maintenance treatment and coverage are shown alongside the result. Incomplete coverage limits what the report establishes.
Share operational evidence
Business and Agency workspaces can export private HTML/PDF operational reports with duration-weighted summaries, incident counts, MTTR and sample-aware latency percentiles.
Common questions
Is an error budget a prediction?
No. It is the difference between allowed and measured downtime within the stated eligible window.
